A social connector, now more than ever


OVMiles partners also feel the consequences of the corona measures. Many had to close temporarily, but their creativity and inventive solutions really surprised us. Typical for Rotterdammers!

To enhance the role of the RET as a social connector, we decided to highlight those great initiatives on the OVMiles website. It may seem impossible, but at the moment you can virtually bring the partners into your living room in any way imaginable. For example, take a look at the collections of Het Nederlands Fotomuseum, or order gift cards from Dudok and enjoy something tasty later this year. Or sneak a virtual peak at Diergaarde Blijdorp, follow Boijmans’ drawing experiments on Instagram, share your own view with Euromast and much, much more…
We also highlight the initiatives on OVMiles’ social media channels to give partners as much attention and support as possible. As the marketing agency behind OVMiles, we of course also adapted the e-mails – such as newsletters, partner e-mails and ad hoc e-mails – to the current situation, so we remain relevant and informative.
Partners are very positive about all this. For example, this e-mail from Dudok Patisserie: “First of all, thank you very much for the nice mentioning in your newsletter! We immediately saw more requests coming in today, so this is probably related to each other.” Or from Maaspodium: “It’s great that you pay extra attention to the online activities of your partners.” And Hotel New York: “How nice that you think of us!”
It is nice that we can help out now, but of course we sincerely hope that everything will return to “normal” as soon as possible.
