For Nuon, Doornvogel set up a redemption campaign linked to Nuon Exclusief’s first birthday. This redemption campaign showed great results and it also materialised Nuon Exclusief’s most important communication goal: giving all Nuons customers a particularly good feeling
Nuon Exclusief’s birthday was also celebrated on social media, resulting in hundreds of likes and – rhyming! - congratulations (#nuonrijmt). All winners received a Nuon Exclusief birthday cake. The interactive landing page and eDM had a festive look-and-feel, with lots of extra content, competitions and discounts. Customers could also win a large prize they could choose themselves.
